Unlike Mayor Eric Adams’ City Planning Commission’s hearings, which were staged to support the City of Yes and where pro-COY people were kept informed of their place in line, where as others were left in the dark, this hearing is live! Yes, we are aware that most most people don’t even know about the COY, but they will feel it, sooner or later if they plan on living here in the next decade.
